Standard Purchases

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unused condition.

Gift Cards: All digital and physical gift cards are final sale and non-refundable. All balances are held as a lifetime credit toward your collections and services.

Craftsmanship & Repair Guarantee

Our designs are constantly evolving. Because every piece is meticulously handcrafted, we offer a repair program to ensure your item lasts and remains a staple in your collection.

  • Active Collections (Free Repairs): We provide free repairs for any structural or craftsmanship defects (e.g., stitching, hardware issues) for the active life of that specific product design (until the product reaches End of Life / EOL).

 

  • Vintage & Retired Collections (Tailor Fee): Once we stop production on a specific design, it officially becomes an archived vintage piece. We will gladly still repair vintage or EOL items to keep them in your rotation, subject to a standard Tailor Fee for labor and custom materials.

 

  • Exclusions: We are always happy to fix construction quality issues, but we do not repair or replace items that are simply dirty, stained, or damaged through heavy unnatural wear and tear.
