Every project begins with a technical evaluation to ensure the structural integrity of the garment is maintained.

1. Digital Submission: Submit photos and a description of your needs to client@delvinoiv.com

2. Expert Evaluation: We review the fabric, seams, and hardware for feasibility.

3. The Quote: A formal estimate is provided. Services begin at $20.

II. Timelines

To maintain the Del Vino standard, we do not rush the process. Quality requires patience.

• Initial Assessment: 1-3 Business Days

• Tailoring Lead Time: 1-2 Weeks

• Priority Requests: [Available upon request for an additional fee]

III. Maintenance Status

Track your piece through our internal workflow:

• Initiated: Request received; pending evaluation.

• In-Assessment: Technical review in progress.

• Active Bench: Tailoring and stitching in progress.

• Quality Control: Final inspection of seams and finish.

• Dispatched: Returned to your collection.
